Applying 5 colors in one run: Our equipment is an automatic five-color machine with the ability to apply five colors in one pass.
High alignment accuracy: due to the servo-drive system, the equipment performs high alignment accuracy of the paints with each other.
A variety of shapes and a wide range of sizes of products: silkscreen printing on products of round, oval, square geometry. A large range of product sizes allows the decoration to be applied to products with a capacity from 50 ml to 1000 ml: diameter – 25-100 mm height – 40-300 mm. The maximum size of the applied image at one station in width and length is 180 and 270 mm, respectively. However, these dimensions can be larger due to the division of one station (one printing plate) into several.
High efficiency: The printing speed ranges from 1800-2500 pcs/hour, depending on the geometric shape of the product.
